It depends. Duraflex if you like a stiffer string, non-duraflex if you like a softer string.

SG duraflex has more durability but in my opinion playability suffers as a result, it is also stiffer feeling as above poster commented. Original synthetic gut doesn't have the duraflex coating, is softer, more comfortable, with better playability. If you are not a string breaker, i would go with the original. But since they are so cheap, why don't you try them out for yourself?
