Two handed backhand grip

For those right-handers that employ the two-handed backhand, what kind of grips do you use for your top and bottom hands?

Does your bottom (right) hand change when you hit a forehand? If so, do you find it difficult always switching grips between shots?

My left hand is almost a mirror of my right-hand western forehand... my right hand is then gripping, like an eastern (chopper?) grip.

Bottom right hand is continential, left hand is semi-western

my right hand is pointed to the ground when the racquet is back and i put my up above my right so that my hands are kinda connected. i use a semi western forehand. Sometimes i do have difficulty swithching the grips inbetween shots. especially going from a backhand to a forehand some times i will place my hand slightly wrong and i shank it.
