Hey, I think this will the first post ever on the racquet board. Cool.

Anyway, I currently play with a V1 Classic. Like it very much, but it does feel stiff at times, especially if I use a hard string. Can anyone suggest a similarly powered racquet except with more flex?

Thanks.

The V1 Cat MP feels flexier due to the catapult system. It is a very nice racket, IMO and couldn't be closer to what you're playing with now.

IMO, the most flexible tweener was the original Prince Graphite Michael Chang with an RDC rating of 59.

Thanks, Gaines... I should have been more specific in my subject title...I've tried the Chang before. It doesn't have the pop I'm looking for...

I agree with Rabbit. It hits great and has a wonderful feel to it. I had one and sold it now I wish I would have kept it.

ditto as well. I usually use a Quantum V1 MP but on days when I need some more pop in my groundstrokes, I'll whip out the Cat V1. The best way to describe it is: controlled power.

The LM Instinct is a tweener with a stiffness rating of 63. This racket leans toward the player's racket side, but is quite forgiving.

The Gamma F-8.0 was easily the most flexible tweener IMHO. Dnlop MW 200G 100 a close second. Yonex SRQ-500 was in a class of its own.
