Rumor has it that the Dunlop Mcenroe is simply an old Dunlop with a paint job. Does anyone know if thats true?

I think it uses the same mold as the M-Fil 300 (300G) and it's just balanced and weighted differently and given a unique paintjob and leather grip. Underneath it's probably the same.

I also heard that if you put a spaghetti string job in it the ITF will allow it for tournament play worldwide. Does anyone know if that's true?

Last I remember you were going to do something about that silly rule. How's your appeal going with the ITF.:D
