View Full Version : Federer loses some focus during his matches?

Do you feel like me that Federer tends to lose some focus during his matches recently, when they are in the best 3 out of 5 sets format <master cup Final wasting a 2 sets to 0 lead, and Australian open where we regularly saw him alternate the best and the worst>? Does he start to get bored?

He still comes out the winner in the end!

i think it helps because when he comes back, he is only better than he was when he started.. may be he is just playing games with us because people think he is boring and finishes his matches off in straight sets :)

During this Aus Open, his opponant found ways to obtain plenty of breakpoints on his serves, I think that he has to fix that.

He does seem to lose focus quite often these days and it affects his game more conspicuously than before.
It's not a problem yet, but maybe he needs to clean up his mechanics a little bit if he wants to win with autopilot mode.:)
