I want to know which string gives you the most spin, i use the rdx 500 mid.
Does anyone know?

I found that thinner strings allowed me to get more spin. It's not a big difference, but I think it helps. If you also want something easy on the arm, then I would say try a 17g multi like Excel Premium, Wilson Reaction, NXT etc. None of these are very durable though, so the tradeoff might not be worth it. If you want something more durable, you could try a 17G syn gut like prince original.

However, having made all those marvelous suggestions, technique is by far the most significant factor. The string by itself will not do the trick. A thinner string that is soft will allow you to string a little tighter, and reduce power while still being easy on the arm. That should help compensate for swinging faster at the ball, and speed will add more spin.
