Which strings are best or combination of strings which give you the best spin and don't hurt your arm? I'm using a yonex rdx 500 mid.

Spin isn't generated at the string, it's generated by the low-to-high motion of your swing. I wouldn't be looking at your equipment so much as your shot mechanics if you want to hit with more spin.

That said, most any quality multifilament soft string (Gamma Live Wire Professional, Babolat X-Cel Premium, Technifibre X-One Biphase, etc.) in 17G or 18G will generate excellent spin while still maintaining gut-like softness. Hell, you might want to just string with gut or a gut hybrid. Best of all worlds save durability.
