Mark gets the machine from New Tech... he gave me a cool deal... I highly recommend it, I had a New Tech invoice in the box...

New Tech Tennis is the consumer division of Alpha Sports. You can deal directly with Mark at either phone number, or you can purchase 2 Alpha machine models from TW. Go to http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/catthumbs.html?CREF=519

I ordered my Revo4000 last Wednesday and it was in my garage on Friday, dealt directly with Greg & Mark @ Alpha. They have been great and I would heartily reccomend them.

Curious, because I wanted this machine and e-mailed and called Alpha directly. Mark said he was going to tag one for me and did not get in touch with me... Since he did not call (until today), I went on and ordered a Laserfibre. Even great customer service people lose customers in details... ):

Simbah2004,
I am a very satisfied customer of Alpha and have ALWAYS received exceptional service. I know Mark was in China for 10 days working with the factory on machine improvements. LaserFiber is a very good machine, but IMHO a bit over priced for the features. Enjoy and happy stringing.

Thanks Match Point.
Yeap, Mark was very nice but - Tim was outstanding. It was just a matter of personal preference, because both companies make very good stringing machines. And yes, Laserfibre machines are in fact overpriced.

Both guys, Mark (Alpha) and Tim (Laserfibre) are very knowledgable and down-to-earth guys. I ended up getting the Alpha also--Alpha Apex.

Rafter4ever, they don't have info up on the Apex yet. If you contact Mark Gonzalez at Alpha, he can send you some info on it: mark@alphatennis.com .
