View Full Version : What FIGJAM means (insider info)

Per my friend in the industry, Roddick named the shoes FIGJAM which means "F**k I'm Good, Just Ask Me"

Just another reason to enjoy seeing him lose to Fed at every slam this year.

I enjoy seeing him lose to anyone. :D

Isn't this really old news?

Thanks for the info Shaolin, I was wondering about that and I really should have known it would be something *****ish...

Now that's the brash and arrogance that I like to see. Safin needs something like that also.

I meant no offense Shaolin (and why is my name in quotes?). It seemed to be all over the place last year when the shoes were released and I thought it was general knowledge. Apparently, its some type of Aussie or Surfer slang (I can't remember exactly). Hate to disaapoint the Roddick haters, but I think Reebok gets the blame for this one. Either way, its a pretty stupid name for a shoe.

Sorry Fee, its all good. I was feeling a little irritable at that moment because my eyes were about to expolode from looking at this sub-gray background. Ive learned that if I only look at it for 3-5 minutes then life is better. Lets hope they implement those new choices soon.

That's so dumb. It's a crappy name too. Why not name them, Air Zoom Breathe Free's or something?

I love that name.

I understand Shaolin, no worries. I wonder if a soothing lavender color would be better for our collective mood? Is it just my imagination, or does the subject of Mr. R. invariably put people on edge?

this insider info is so old that it has mold. this was known before the shoe came out, let alone after that. rebook named the shoe; roddick went along with it, but didn't coin it, or make it up. but as it turns out, he's done pretty good. so perhaps the shoe name isn't too far-fetched.

fee, it's not your imagination. roddick is practically a four-letter word around here. in other words, he's the

Gee, I thought "figjam" was constipation resulting from over consumption of figs. Sysop.......in additional to the lavender background suggested above, would it be possible to give the new board a fresh herbal scent? Or, perhaps a hint of vanilla?

in other words, he's the

Hey, I'M THE

TW should get rid of the emoticons.

Well, Roddick is good. He's actually number 3 in the world (former #1). So I guess what he named the shoe is true. That is, if he really named the shoes.

lol well thats... modest
Just wanted to revive a really old thread for the hell of it
