View Full Version : Babolat Hurricane

Strung up some Babolat Hurricane 16 today in a guy's racket. This has got to be one of the more difficult poly's to string. It's stiff, and the coating doesn't allow the crosses to be easily pulled across the mains strings. It sounds like a musical instruments strings with rosin on them being tuned if you pull straight across the mains.

I hate rough polys Like ALU rough... What poly do you like... I want to put in one of my the racquets im selling to my friend whos moving to mexico for a year.. He says stringing cost a lot there... what will last him a while and good durability... he was a good friend who actually brought me from rank 13 to taking his spot #1, thanks for the help.

Most polyesters will lose their playability before a year is up. If he plays much at all, I couldn't really tell you what to put in there. The new NXT OS has impressive numbers as far as tension holding and durability.
