Gentlemen, (or ladies I suppose) I use grip size 4 3/8. I thought the grip was
too long so I wanted to bring to down 3 inches but then I looked under the
grip; the handle contours slightly. I figured that this was to accommodated
the grip size I was wondering if someone could tell me if on the 4 1/2 size if
this contour is there?

i think i understand what your saying...
- you want to shorten up your grip, maybe something similar to the lenght of the 6.0 grip rite?
- most likely the grip size 4 1/2 is the same as yours, i dont think wilson will make certain things on racquets that have different grip sizes

Yes, right.

Can you see the bump then slight concave? Is this on the 4 1/2?

Thanks, for the answer.
I am working on trying to cut away some of the palate (palate or pallette?) but the hard film does
not want to come off easily and I do not want to scratch the paint.
