I am interested in the LM Instinct but I find most Head racquets underpowered. Is it more powerful than other Head offerings like Prestige and Radical?

I deffinently do not think that any Head rackets are underpowered

I have played with many head rkts and find the instinct with very decent power. Currently playing with the Head FP Tour string broke and borrowed a friends instinct and played very well with it ,had the extra zip needed for aces that I used to get with the Babs but was very comfortable on my arm. such a good experience I ordered one.

No offense, but your siignature comes from a parody article by the "Onion" an online satire magazine. It's hilarious, that article and in general, but Federer of course never said it = but maybe you already know that and don't want an inconvenient fact to mar a lovely quote?
