I've just started following the USTA Strength & Conditioning training program as appears here:

Wanted to find out if anyone has done/is doing this program and how useful they have found it.
I'm about a 3-3.5 player in pretty good overall shape, but wanted to try something tennis specific. James Blake seemed to suggest in recent interviews that he'd been doing some of the movement training drills, so top 10 status beckons shortly for me!
