HI,
I've just gotten back into tennis from a 6 year layoff. I've been readling the forums and see that many people replace overgrips often. I used to always just change out my replacement grip for the season and replace it as needed.
My question is. Is it weird that I am doing it this way? Are there advantages to using one method or the other? Do most people stick to a replacement grip and just replace the overgrip?
Could you suggest a good base grip to put on below an overgrip?
Thanks
john
