We have vacation for two weeks here in Australia. So I was thinking I could arrange a fitness program for the whole two weeks including Plyometric sessions, upper and lower body strenghtening sessions, jumprope sessions and ab training.
I plan to play tennis during the two weeks also.
Is that not good if I do both tennis and workout during the same period of time?
