Is it possible to add lead tape to the throat, but toward the handle, and actually reduce the swingweight? Here are the specs from TW:

No, you can not reduce swing weight by adding weight. Search if you want more info. It's been discussed many times. In fact there's a sticky called the myth of lowering swingweight in this section of the board.

Perhaps, if you like the 95sq and 27.25 inch combination you could look at the Wilson Blaze. It is 7 pts HH but only has a swingweight of 303. Depending on how low you want the swingweight you might be able to customise it to be around 7pts HL and about 320 swingweight.

On another note, the new Wilson nFury coming out is about 10 oz and is three points HL. I don't know about the swingweight, but with specs like that it should be very low. You could probably customize that racquet to whatever specs you want without getting the swingweight too high.
