my left leg hurts, HELP

hey guys, my left leg is starting to hurt somewhat. In the upper area of my thigh. Could someone provide ideas on healing it? stretches? remedys? I dont want it to get worse. It's been like this for several days already, thanks.

Could be a muscle strain or tendon. Lots of questions could be asked such as how does it feel when you stretch this way and that way, sharp pain or dull pain, pain when you put pressure on areas with your fingers/thumb, etc. None of that really matters IMO because you need to go see a doctor. If it's bad enough to write about after several days of feeling the same way, then you most definitely need to see a doctor before you do anything else to strain it or impair healing.
