what strings?

I just got my new Head LM 4. Can you guys please give me some advise to the best strings and at what tention i should use? l'm a beginner. Thanks guys

I would start off with an inexpensive reel of syn gut. Maybe a Wilson Ultra or something. Then you can experiment with other strings as time , money and need arises.
