View Full Version : proper technique for TE exercises?

When doing finger extensions with a rubber band or squeezing a ball, should the arm be bent, or straight with elbow practically locked while doing these exercises?
I try to explore the full range. Stretch anyway I can until I don't feel pain in any position.

reverse curls w/ dumb bells. I began w/ 5 lbs then jumped to 9 lbs. I do these every other night.
