Hey there,
I know there are a bunch of articles out there about TE, but i was wondering if i could get some individual advice. Since I live in the North East, I can't really play all that much in the winter so I've just started playing Tennis everday since about end of march or beginning of april. I also play squash half of the week. The past two times i've played however, i'm experiencing a sort of pain in my elbow/arm area i've never experienced EVER before. It would go on and off while playing but hurt mostly on my serve. This usually happens after 30-45 mins of hard hitting, and it begins to feel like i have no muscle in my arm and it hurts a little then goes up and down in pain for awhile. Is this tennis elbow? and what can i do to fix it, i iced it already today and i read people saying to use ur left hand for mouse.
i use a pd+ at 62lbs
and i hit some pretty hard shots... i guess thats it.. please help guys. thanks!
