im using this racquet and I love it, but will occasionally have shoulder or arm pains. theres never been anything consistent with when I get it but sometimes i'll have a semi-sharp pain in my elbow after i play. the worst time was when I was just randomly seving one day and my shoulder was hurting so bad after one off shot that i couldnt really play for the next two days. the shoulder pain has come back a few times but not nearly as severe. anyway, my point is, do y'all think its the racquet causing this or just my body? because ive heard alot of complaints about arm pain with it. thanks.

Swingweight: 330
might be too much for you
switch to something easier to handle

say SW=310-320

also, it's 18x20, reduce tension, I am using 54lbs on my 18x20 and 68lbs on my 16x19

also, use multis, not polys

of course, it could be your technique or your conditioning too

The tour version is 16x19, not 18x20.

It is very funny in that very flexy rackets can cause arm problems as well as stiff ones.

It is all techniqe, also perhaps your string tension is too low? Could be hitting partner that is hitting with more spin, ect
