can someone post a link to a site that gives good stretches or exercise techniques or routines? I would like to know some more, so I can fully warm up for matches, thanks. It'd be best if this website be specifically related to tennis. Thanks again.

Stretching to warm up is not good. It can lead to muscle and/or connective tissue injuries, and hard stretching of cold muscles actually decreases subsequent athletic performance.

so what should i do to warm up? just like jump rope and get my body temp higher? Then after that do I stretch? or just after a match or something.

Stretching has been shown in some studies to provide the most benefit, in terms of injury prevention (both during that stretching session and in future workouts/competitions), range of motion, and in potentially reducing DOMS if performed after you're done competing or working out.
That being said, as I've gotten older (middle 40's), I find it works better for me to warm up for 10-15 minutes and then do some stretching just to ensure I have full range of motion. That doesn't seem to impact my athletic performance in any way.
