I am using the ultimum 2000 at the moment with some lead added. But as this racquet is not available anymore I am looking for some others.

I'm interested in some of your thoughts about the v-con 17 and 20, both the OS version.

Thanks.

Don't know what your current racket is, but the V-Con's are very light rackets, but pretty good. They lack control, and weight though.

What is the 2000 like?

The ultimum rq ti 2000 is also a very light weight racquet even lighter than the v-cons. 8.7 oz.. that's because i put lead inside the handle, 110 sq. inch head. It's not really heavy, it's about 300 grams now, but I like it very much now..

But now this one isn't available anymore I would like some options of other ones. I did demo the v-con 17 midplus. But that was just not really my thing. I'm used to the bigger heads I guess..

So your thoughts are very appreciated

Well I've used the V-con 15 (100") and the V-con 17 (100"), and think appart from them being light they are very good rackets... I almost got the 15, but opted for a RDX 500 MP.

Not sure about the 107" heads, but I'd expect plenty of power with the V-con 17 107".

The racket itself is well made, just too powerful for me, and not enough control.

That would be the one to go for if your use to a larger head.

Cannot comment on the V-con 20's, sorry.

The VCon 17 OS is kinda powerful but also spin friendly. The VCon 20 is more powerful than the 17. But Yonex already has an update of the 20 - the VCon 30. Maybe you should try that one out.
