Video on the process of hitting an American Twist or Topspin serve? I realized that most videos that I have seen only show them serving and do not show key points on how to serve.

Also, how long will it take me to learn how to hit a Topspin serve with an Eastern Backhand. I have a serve down with the Continental, it just doesnt have the bounce height that I want.
