I tried the LM prestige today because I did not have my racquet. I played great with it and I am considering buying it now. Does anyone have any suggestions for a string or hybrid that works well with this racquet. I need some durability and I usually string my 300g with alu power at 55 lbs, but I want to try something a little softer in this racquet.

I've been using ALU power at 57 in my LM prestige MP for as long as I've had it. It feels pretty good with it. After they break, I'm going to try out a gut/ashaway monogut 16/17 hybrid.

Would timo 18 be a good choice?

I'm hate to break it to you but ALU Power isn't going to break in a 18x20 Prestige.

Were you able to generate a lot of spin with ALU?

perfmode, I'm already on my 2nd set. It lasted longer than usual though.

eahlers- yeah, ALU gave me all the spin I wanted, especially on my forehand. Topspin lobs felt alot better as well.
