Which more Head Light, 11 or 9 points?

I was comparing some of my 1980's POG mid plus to 1990's mid plus. The 80's balanced at around 11 to 10 whilst the 90's balanced at 9 to 8. Which is more head light?

Also, the older 80's pog weighted at around 12 3/4 to 13 ounce while the 90's weight at 12 1/4 to 12 1/2 ounce.

11 points HL is more HL than 8-9 points HL.

That is consistent with the general trend in re-makes of classic frames. Lighter and less HL.
