Davydenko will just be another victim to Nalbandian. Davydenko cant hit against Nalbandian's pace for a long time, based on watching the games he's had. Nalbandian is just too steady and knows the strategies for clay better than Davydenko

You better watch those fighting words, them davydenko fans on these boards are going to tear you up something awful. I also pick nalbandian to go through and earn the right to lose to federer.

Brad Gilbert seems to think that as well.

I feel the same way. Nalbandian will be the one to lose to Fed, rather than Davydenko.

...strategies for clay...
Now there's an oxymoron for you.
If there were strategy on clay, Nadal couldn't compete. Guy's dumb as a bag of hair.

Wow. I couldn't disagree more. Strategy is what clay is all about.

Nalbandian will rip through davydenko then beat federer in 4 and eventually beat nadal in a tough final

Hmm right okay, Davydenko just pounds away from the baseline from both wings all day long. I actually feel that it may be Nalbandian to suffer from the bombardment that Davydenko brings to the court, he can also hit alot of winners too with scary accuracy.
I would like to see Federer v Nalbandian as much as Federer v Davydenko but I have money on Davydenko so I have to support my man. I won't be too upset if Nalbandian takes it though, either way we will have a great semi final. Providing Ancic doesn't cause an upset ;)

It's hard not to pick Nalby since he's #3 in the world right now and has had a pretty decent season on clay. Then again, losing to Davydenko is nothing to be ashamed of, even if you're Nalbandian. I won't be shocked at the outcome of their match regardless of who wins.

If Davydenko wnats a chance at Nalbnadian he going to have to play drop shots and everything. He can't hit through Nalbandian. Move the big boy around

Of course a Brad Gilbert prediction can be the kiss of death though!
Wow. I couldn't disagree more. Strategy is what clay is all about.
Whazzat? Yeah, here's the "strategy" of clay court tennis: hit 37 straight balls cross court and THEN, you have the option of either hitting #38 or a drop shot. What to do, oh what to do...

You can hit a slice. That should cover it.

Do you think you made a bold prediction or something? Nalbandian was favored in that match.
What's next, mark my words Federer will Wimbledon?
