Which racquet is stiffer, Head I radical or LM prestige?

The liquid metal prestige is supposed to be much stiffer than the I radical, but to me the prestige feels like it has much more flex and spin.
If a flex racquet isn't the opposite of a stiff racquet than what is it which makes the racquet feel a lot less stiffer?
What exactly are the differences between the way the I radical and the LM prestige is made, besides the Liquid metal material?

I have played with both and think the iRadical has stiffer feel. My LM Prestige feels pretty soft. I could feel the vibrations more with the iRadical. I think the LM Prestige has the twin tube to soften the feel also, which the iRadical did not have.
