I never tried it, guys reccomended it to me... Im working out to get big, my pro gets pissed and stuff, but im going to get big... i might get the book... anyone reccomend it? IceBlue do you like it? Whats in it? workout plans? etc... thanks..

I haven't received the book yet hehe. It sounds like there is a lot of info in it though, from reviews I have read. All parts of fitness are covered, it sounds like.
