Hi,
I just found that hitting 1.5hr with full power takes smaller tall on my lower back-glutes-hamstrings then 1 hr of match play. How about you ?
Totally different load.
What gym exercises you doing for your glutes, lowerback.
I saw some in TENNIS magazine but it's too generic.
