What are the pro's and con's for kevlar strings?
If I have an existing wrist injury, does kevlar strings make it worse?
Thanks.

This should probably be in the strings section:

Pros: lasts a long time, low powered, good/excellent control, good consistency
Cons: low powered, significant impact harshness

If you have a wrist injury, kevlar should probably be very far down on your list of strings to try.

Midlife_Crisis nailed it. Why anybody with joint problems of any kind plays Kevlar escapes me.

Pros:
Extreme durability
Plays consistently even with tension drop
Good control

Cons:
Very Unforgiving on mishits
No power

Misconception:
Most will say that Kevlar is very hard on the body. I disagree because you can string it lower than most other strings. I played with Kevlar for a while and I strung it in the low 50s. At that tension, it felt like I was hitting with a pillow.

Recommendation:
Don't use it unless you want to tame a very powerful frame or you break all other strings in a few hours.
