Now over the summer all I have is summer p.e. and lots of tennis, so that means a lot of exercising. Recently, at tennis I've felt a bit tired and have not been able to concentrate as I'd like to, so is there anything to help me become less tired, or give me more energy? Obviously, I'm going to try sleeping about an hour earlier, but are there other things I should be aware of?

What is your age? Very different answer for 16 and 60...

Summer p.e. huh? I've only seen that happen when people didn't go to p.e., which meant they weren't very interested in exercise. Maybe that's the problem?

Have a few kids; then you'll know what tired is.

If you are in the 13-18 age group, you need more SLEEP. That age group rarely sleeps enough. Also, they eat HORRIBLY. So, I doubt it's the exercise because at that age you should be able to last 4 hours unless the heat is horrible.
Take a look at the time you go to bed, get up, and what you are eating. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. You might need 9 hours at your age. Quit eating crap as well. You are what you eat.

Diet may help. If you aren't eating right you can't expect to have long lasting energy. Eating clean foods in moderate portions 5 times a day gives me plenty of energy and I don't get that hungry during the day because I always eating.

wow, this is some great advice, and I'm gonna try all of them. I'm 14 years old about to turn 15, and usually sleep at about 10 o clock and wake up around 7, which is about 8 hours of sleep. I know that I should be eating right, but could you list some good examples? I don't really drink soda and don't usually eat candy or potato chips anyways.
