tingleling feeling on hands

my coach for my softball team made us run indoors for 10 min striaght with out stopping. As i was getting to the 7-8th min my hands especially the fingure tips started to tingle. Does anyone think this might lead to a big problem? Or is this a small problem that can be easily fixed? This has never happen to me before.

I'm not a doctor, but if it stope after a while (rest) and didn't appear again, I believe this is just lack of energy or sugar in your bloodstream.

Yeah im pretty sure its lack of sugar or dehydration? Same thing happened to me during a long 3 hour match and Im pretty sure it was dehyrdration or just overheated but anyways it went away the next day after i was refreshed

We ran in the locker room of out gym, it happened like twice only. Since we ran indoors and there wasn't a lotta open windows prob it was overheated or something.
