Can I ask where you got them? I wanted to buy a pair but passed since they dont have a 6-month guarantee, but for a price like that I could buy 2 :)

I was at a Nike outlet the other day in central New Jersey and they had a huge stock (All sizes) of the Vapor Speeds in white for 59.99. I was considering buying them, but with the durability issues like the popping of the airbag, I passed. Seems like a bad decision when I think about it now, but I figured I would be even more disappointed if they broke within a month or two.

You made the right choice. Evry1 (including me) hu hav owned this shoe says the air bubble popped within the first month or so. In my case it was only bout 1 week. GUTTED!:(

i get a 40% discount off nike products, so I got my blue vapor 3's, for about 66 bucks, or so, which is still pretty nice.

my uncle has a friend who works at nike, and she is kind enough to let our family purchase items using her discount :) that's why everything I wear is nike, since I get high quality merchandise for almost half the retail price. But still, I try not to go crazy and buy on impulse, i usually make purchases every few months if needed.

i HATE Nike....
no retailers in Australia stock any of their latest shoes anymore...
they're always more $$$ than other brands, and they wont let TW sell their stuff overseas...

Hmmmm....I'm very surprised that Nike allows their employees to allow people outside of their immediate families use the discount.

But that's great for you! :D

Nike shoes?
Previous models are ALWAYS on sale at the tennis shop of the golf/country club just north of town. They had a "2 for the price of one" sale this past winter.

It reminded me of the excellent Dennis Miller line,
"Two of ***** is *****. If they really wanted to fcuk you, they'd give you three for the price of one."

I didn't realize they had Marshall's up in Canada.

I never see any real tennis shoes at the ones around here. :(
