View Full Version : Adidas Shoe Recommendation

Which type of Adidas Tennis Shoe should I buy for its price and quality? The Adidas Barricade IVs are too pricey and the Climacools, a3s, and Tirand IIs generally have less quality. Note: I play on hard court.

They are a bit heavy, but I have bad ankles so the cushioning is welcomed. They fit snug and look like a million bucks. If I played more on rubico, i'd probably go with some Climacool Feathers.

get the barricade II

I got Barricade 3's cheaper, and I must say they are excellent, MUCH better than Nike shoes!

i like my tirand II's every bit as much as my b II's. at 55 bucks i think they are a steal.

I liked the Barricade II the best out of the adidas range with the Clima Ultimate coming in a close 2nd

I wear Adidas Response Plus 2. Leather hardcourt shoe that takes a while to break in, but are as tough as combat boots and soon become comfy as slippers. They offer good stability and the comfort you'd expect from Adiprene.

All things considered, price, durability and looks, the BII is the way to go.

I'd actually say Barricade IIs or IIIs.

My first set of Barricades were IIIs, I know have a pair of IVs. You won't find a tougher shoe. Great quality for the price. I really like mine. I bought a set of the Clima Feather IIs and like them very much as well.

I'm looking for shoes that are not too pricey but still have enough quality for their lower price. Are't the ClimaCool Feathers more for clay courts?

Can the poll support negative votes? Because if it can, the Climacool Boom's would deserve it. I play 3-4 days a week on hard courts and these shoes started breaking down after a week and a half.
