What is ATW pattern; Where to find out how to start stringing(from top/bottom)?

ATW is Around The World and refers to a method that allows you to string a racquet with a one piece pattern with the crosses installed top down when the mains end at the throat. If you do a search on here you'll find many previous discussions about this topic.
