hello everyone,

I saw a picture on a myspace profile of Andy possibly signing autographs left-handed.

Here is the link, if anyone wants to either agree or disagree with me.

If he were left handed, his backhand wouldn't stink so much.

Roddick is indeed LEFT handed. The right hand of Roddick is just a paintjob on his left hand!!

And Nadal is right-handed, and Sharapova is left handed. True!

Just look at his volley, right-handed people don't make a volley that poor...

The way they scribble their autographs, they could use their teeth if they wanted to.

is that why he sucks so much???..... so with his left hand he probably serves at the speed of light!

Navratilova is also reaching for a ball with her left hand, I would imagine she writes left handed, being a lefty. Maybe this image is just mirrored.

That's great Janne, but FYI you are not Andy Roddick.

i am pretty sure the logos on the balls are reversed, so the pic must be mirrored

Well done good point I doubt anyone can sign autographs with the wrong hand.

I never said I was Roddick. I just made a point that there are people who play with their right hand and write with their left which Roddick probably does unless the picture is mirrored.

Andy plays and writes with his right hand. There has to be hours of video footage of him signing autographs with his right hand, and another batch of authentic photos at Getty. Ignore anything you see on any of the fake Roddick pages (or teenybopper fangirl pages) at Myspace.

he was probably just holding stuff in the myspace picture
and plus his autographs just a scribble so its not that hard to do w/ his left hand

His backhand really isnt much better then a club player at your local tennis club.

I'll respectfully disagree to this. I think it's just hard to judge from the couch. I know his backhand isn't amazing, or anything, but I'd be glad to have his backhand any day. A player doesn't reach the top 10 with JUST a serve and a forehand. Sure, it helps, but there are plenty of journeymen out there with a one-two punch combo that will never make it into the top 10.
