its a japanese cartoon anime show thing
its on youtube.. but i don't think its on tv

it's a good show for brainwashing your kids to take on tennis..

i'd feel empty just saying that so: It has a nice touch on it..it's really fun to watch.

Edit: there's also a manga of it on which the anime is based on..
