As cool as they may look as a one off, it's terrible reading a forum that enables such things in my opinion.... You have to scroll through so much crap to read what people have said. That said - if there's an option for people to turn them off so they see none - well i wouldn't mind i guess...

I personally hate graphical sigs, like mentioned above, it makes for too much "crap" to be scrolled through to get to the actual content. I think there's enough of that without having to scroll through sigs ;)

Glad someone agrees :) - and glad you went the extra mile referring to 'existing' crap - I almost did, but somehow held back :)

It is quite cool. But it's too much. Maybe two lines, like "Rafa Nadal fan" + "American". Or "American" and "Racquets brand" :D

It's already an existing policy, no VB code/HTML in sigs, i don't see a reason they'd change that anytime in the forseeable future...
