View Full Version : Rain Days

I've got 2 questions for the board:

1. What do you do as a tennis player (personally) when it rains and you just want to do tennis or something tennis-related really badly?

2. What do you suggest I do with my team when it rains?

Thanks in advance for your input and advice! I'll be using this season.

i have indoor racket ball courts by my house at the local rec center so sometimes i just go and hit against the wall.
and for team just make them run. have a conditioning day and get tennis videos and watch them like the instructional videos., and if your talking about juniors get some tennis movies that have new games on them

conditioning days are nice
but people are always sooo lazy to just do the treadmill or something

Mud football, mud soccer and especially mud mountain biking are great for conditioning days.

Thanks for the ideas thus far, and I will definitely use some of them...

However, I have men and women to take care of on a rain day, so do you all suggest that I make them play mud football? :)

Absolutely, I've never seen women play mud football, but i think i'd like it. I'd probably even like it more to play with them, especially 2 hand touch.
