What's wrist snap? Hold your hitting arm up. Keep your wrist loose, bring it back, and then snap it forward as if you are severing it!

In the service motion, keep your grip and wrist quite loose, as you hit the ball pronate in a snapping way. By the way, if you are using continental grip for the serve, and you are holding the racquet quite loose, pronation/snapping will occur automatically. Let it happen!
