well...they're obviously not the newer models, since the pj is different. but the one i had, and from what i've seen on the boards, it doesnt look legit. the paintjob as you probably know, is matte, not glossy. also, the throat piece grommets are round, not squarish

Not legit. Fake.

Pro Staff Midsize Taiwan frames were glossy, but not like this.

No offence to any chinese people...but almost anything from there has a possibility to be fake...

Umm I think I actually recall that racket. I'm not sure but there was a few years of metalic painted frames, my first racket was a wilson staff matrix and had a very similar paintjob although a thicker beam. At the time alot of wilson's frames were painted with metallic paint jobs. If I recall correctly I looked at that racket and was not able to afford it as a snot nosed kid. Plus there was a pete sampras autograph edition with black metallic flake paint too. I posted about one i saw on the auction site. No one really responded but I asked my former instructor about it as he was the club racket technician and he says he owns one of these as well but never used it:

here's the post:

What would be cool is if the racket companies released a book with all their models from day one to now, kinda how there is that nike shoe book!

They could be real. The matte paint on those wilson racquets seem to absorb oil over time and get really shiny especially if the person that used it has a one handed backhand. My old PS 6.1 looks glossy in the throat area because its the part I grab when hitting my one handed backhand.

but if you look closely the whole racket is glossy and the part where it says graphit kevlar
it's kinda "dotted" not like solid lines on the matted PS 6.0
