3, 9, 12 lead tape?

what are the advantages/disadvantages of putting lead tape in all 3 locations?
or where should the lead tape be placed for more power?

maximum power is 12 but 3 & 9 is the best because that adds power too and prevents the racket twisting sduring off centre hits. In the handle is good too.
