Stretching, checking the wind direction, and during the day the position of the sun.

I always hit on a wall intensely for about 15 minutes to get the heart rate up.

After just coming from a match I usually listen to Death Cab for Cutie since they are a very mellow band to relax me. I then stretch before the match, put on ankle braces and shoes. Then I just try to block out everything and relax. Pretty simple I know. Didn't seem to help me today got mowed 6-0 6-0.

I warm up, it takes me about 1hr and a half to really find my game, so i go early to matches with a good night of sleep 9-10hrs, decent meal(which imo doenst really matter wtf you eat unless your a pro), and i go early to the courts, usually theyll have a court open and a person willing to warm up in a rally, then i continue to do so until my match. Oh and bring 4 gatorades and 1 Dasani water.

I believe it is best (for me) to do nothing special and treat a match as if it were an ordinary practice session.
To make something different or special of a match is to put additional stress or pressure on yourself.

Fluid and carb load the night before. Wake up and take 3 Advil, 18oz of Gatorade, pee. Drive to the match.

Today I had a match against my nemesis and to keep myself from being nervous, I kept my mind off of the match the entire day(actually, the entire week) until it was gametime. I focused on work, read, cleaned up my car a little etc.
I destroyed my nemesis like never before and this wasn't just a casual match or anything; it's Club Championships and this was a Quarterfinal match. The score was 6-2, 6-0. Woooohoooooo!
