As the topic says im frustrated, i just got home, i was playing and my day was horrible, i play with a western grip, and i couldnt do the stroke i forgot everything, can someone please give me tips on the stroke and wrist movement witht he western grip? everything else is allright specially the serve, BH was a lil odd today but still good, thanks BTW.

Since you are "little Nadal", here is a clip to check out:

Make sure you are pulling the butt of the racket to the ball. After pulling to the ball, you can relax your wrist a bit until contact. Then the wrist stays back through contact as you push, lift, and turn the ball.

Sup jeff thx for the advice, ill check the vids right away, what im doing right now is like showing the butt cap to the ball and then move the racquet forward to like hammer the ball, lets see if the vids help out thanks a lot bro.
