Fernando Verdasco of spain is through to the finals of the tour stop in Mexico to probably meet moya. I saw a pic of him and was wondering what kind of stick he was swiniging. I remember seeing him last year in cincy with a major (M) stencil on his sticks, although the racquet frame itself really resembled a prestige classic. Any ideas??

Technifibre T Fight 325

that would be correct...but it's got a 16x19 string pattern rather than the stock 18x20

The Tecnifibre T-Fight 325 is made by the same mold as the former Major Bulit Elite, which was Verdascos stick before they switched the name from Major to Tecnifibre. And the Bullit Elite hat 16x19 strings. BTW: Janko Tipsarevic also uses the T-Fight 325 with 16x19 string pattern.
For the new range they will make two different tour sticks: T-Fight 320 and 335, both of them availble with 16 or 18 mains.

Very interesting...

Any other news?
Will this two new models be available in standard lenght or will they be produced only in a longer version as for T Fight 325?
How many crosses will they have?
What about balance?

I'm probably asking for to much..

Thank you

TF has not only one extra length racket in his new range, so both T-Fight 320 and 335 will be in standard length.
String pattern afaik is 16x19 or 18x20.
For balance I will check.

But when I see that you are from Italy: I'm not sure if all models will be sold in Italy. The TF distributors of the different countries sometimes only take a selection into their programm.

Thanks a lot jura.
Did you get these pieces of information on the net, on a magazine or are you into the business?

So yes, Jura is an insider.

Just kitting!
But, what about sharing with us let's say the main features of the new T-Fight line?

Am I asking for too much?

Take care

Actually, the string patterns offered will be 16x20 and 18x20 both in standard length only. I know a guy that's a tecnifibre rep and he gave me this info last week. They're expecting to release these frames early September.

What racquet does Christophe Rochus use now?

So both racquets will be 27 inches in length right?

Does Kristof Vliegen use the TFight 315 or 325? It says 315 here: http://www.major-sports.fr/siteus/tennis.asp but gettyimages shows him with the 325.

Also, is it okay for someone who is in their middle teenage years to use a 325 or should they just use the 315?
All stock TF rackets will be in 27 inch.

Vliegen uses an extra-legth version of the old Major X-One by Guy Forget with lots of lead and a T-Fight 325 pj. In the first year after the switch from Major to TF there was a racket called T-Feel 315 which had the same mold as the X-One by Guy Forget. But it had only 16 main strings and wasn't filled with PU. That's why T-Feel 315 was indicated as Vliegens racket.

It depends on the strength and technic of the middle teenager. I know a 15 year old boy who uses the T-Fight 325 weighted up to 340 - 345 gramms. But he is 6 ft tall and very athletic. For less athletic players I would suggest the T-Fight 315 (or wait for next seasons issue when the T-Fight 315 will be 10 gr. lighter and sold as the 18x20 version of the T-Feel 305).

Thanks for the information.

I'm 15 and around 5 feet 6 and i practice tennis almost everyday for around or more than 2 hours a day against high school varsity level players.

I demoed both the TFight 315 and 325 this past Sunday and have been playing with them ever since. They both played and felt very differently however the tfight 315 still felt a little too light and the 325 felt a little bit too heavy but i liked the stability, length, and the feel. For now I can't wait for the 320 because i'm trying out for the school team later this month. Do you think that the 325 will be okay for me?

Hey boy, you are thousands of miles away from me and I never saw you hidding only one ball - how can i say?!?!? Sorry, but I won't give such suggests. The onliest thing i can say: You have to feel well with the stick. Usually I always say: play a stick as heavy you can handle without problems. Can you handle the 325? How can I know?

To me it looked like some kind of the new T-Fights. (320 or 335)

jura, are you sure it's no paintjob of the dunlops?, played it for the most of his career. can't be easy to just switch like that.

I'm not 100 % sure. But I know that Rochus received the demo racket package which was prepared for James Blake. And the new mold of the TF T-Fight rackets is verry similiar to the stick Rochus used before. BTW: He didn't used a stock Dunlop 200G. Could have been an MW.

Edit: Just checked again: He surely made a switch. His TF stick is different to the Dunlop.
