View Full Version : **Head Radical Tour Discontinued**
Heard from the Head Rep that because Juan Carlos Ferrero no longer uses the Tour, it's production is being discontinued. Snap them up while stocks last i was told.

Unless it broke through normal use and they do not have anymore to send you they are not going to refund your money.
Yes, it's absolutely true. My stringer was Ferrero's stringer at the OZ Open this year and Ferrero gave him a bunch of Prince racquets to string. He said what's going on, and Ferrero told him he wasn't happy with them anymore. So he went back to the Prince Longbody. The Head Tour was Head's attempt at making a Prince spec'd frame. It didn't work, and they are discontinuing it. They are sticking with their tighter string pattern models.

Can you tell me which racquet Ferrero changed to exactly? Is there a Prince racquet called the Longbody or is it Prince Original Graphite Longbody??
Thanks!

this is good news, now i just have to wait til the price comes down and i can pick up a few more of them...
I doubt the price will come down, they will just sell what's left at full price. They are in demand now.
P.S. I just took the plunge and bought a Rad Tour, one of the last left in OZ it seems.

did you get it for retail? i ask because my local shop got rid of their stock way before the LM prestige was discontinued...at really low prices

the price will come down, and at some point in time i imagine you will see them at sport authority for like 79.99
I got mine with a big discount, and free stringing. I don't want to take the chance of missing out, i've wanted one for awhile now, so i took the plunge. I get it this Thurs or Fri.

I'd love to see it at 80 bucks ... It's not a bad stick for customizing ..
