what do you think is the best 100 sq head racquet in the market? it has to be at least low to mid in power and has a nice control. also have to be stable/comfortable on the arm.

03 tour is also a flexible frame. not to mention that it's extremely forgiving like all 03s

? for O3 user! m just curious. is there a truth on how inconsistent the feel of the racquet. coz i hit a lil bit on the higher half of the racquet's head. that's what i experience w/ the rollers and power holes b4. and i think, it's the same concept of tech w/ the O3.

My favorite 100 inchers:

PK Type R

Yonex RQ 7 Tour

Both are lower-powered, lighter weight racquets. Excellent control on groundies and serves. Superb stability and crispness on volleys. Really good, well-behaved sticks. When I play with them I can think only about the game and not about my equipment.

It Beats anything Prince or Wilson makes. The Prestige is probably the replcement for it, but without the stabliser bar. 98" 12.3 oz. about 320 swingweight. And better than pro braided, but they are no longer made. Too expensive to make in Austria. I may sell 2 of my 4 as I don't play too much tennis anymore.

Ronaldo, the RQ 7 Tour is available only in Japan. Mine was brought over by a friend of a friend. I was interested in it because it's 27" long and Yonex lists its weight as 20 g more than the RQ 7 MP sold here.

Btw, largest available grip size is 4 3/8. So I had my local shop add a heatshrink sleeve, which also improved the racquet's balance (for my game).

Yes, the Type R is really excellent, isn't it?

I was turned onto it in part when I read bcaz's comparative review -- informative and very well written.

O3 Tour Midplus for low powered and O3 White for medium powered.

*Also, if you take 4 one-two inch strips of 1/4" (width) lead tape and apply it to the racquet at 10:00 & 2:00, it will raise up your sweetspot to the upper hoop where you like to strike the ball. Doing this will incrrease your swingweight, but only a couple of points.

Fischer Pro Tour 100 would seem to fit the bill of being low powered, flexible and be 100 inches. Also, they can be had for $50 new on closeout :p

I don't believe the pure drive with a flex rating of 70 fits the bill as low or even medium powered...or comfortable...
