Apart from SPPP 1.18, Klip K-Boom 18, Kirschbaum Competition 1.20 and Pro-Supex Poly-soft. Haven't hit with Cyberflash so can't comment.

Do a search there is lots of info on these and soft polys.

I heard poly polar is softest while still being worth while also you could use SPPP in an 18g

I use poly polar all the time, it is by far the softest poly i have ever used. No arm worries at all, and holds tension pretty good also. It is definatley worth the 40 bucks a reel.

I agree, poly polar. I am half sponsored so I get it for a fraction of the price!

Try hurricane tour. I swear it was the most unique feeling poly I've ever tried

Both the topspin strings polar poly and cyberflash are very soft polys. Cyberflash hold tension and has pop, polar very soft. Have one each on my sticks. Like them both.

give unique big hitter 17 a try. i just started using it because the reviews on it have been so good. by far it is one of the softest polys i have tried....it feels almost like a syn gut [but a little stiffer] on the back of the package it says that the string is designed to be a soft poly and wont cause tennis elbow...;)
Try it it is fairly cheap so why not

Hi,

I use Gosen Polylon SP 17.. it is one of the softer polys out there and really has the feel of say Prince Syn Gut. You can get a reel for $49.99 here.

Steve

I've switched from Lux XP & Original to Supersense, and found a significant improvement. Will be trying one of the strings praised in this thread though, as they sound like they're even softer again....

I'll second this, and also poly polar. I like them both a lot! The SP is a poly-newbie friendly string, IMO. Crisp, and zippy, quite a lot like a syn gut at medium tension.

Turbo Touch 17....
Softest Poly of them all and better feel than SPPP.

Although SPPP is a very soft and powerfull string also.

Try Pro Kennex poly. Very soft. Increase tension from normal poly.

1) polyfibre polyhightec 1.10
2) polystar energy 1.20
3) sppp 1.18

( when new to poly's: always start out a new poly @ low tension.. it's a control string, so it will still offer a good portion of control at low tension.. at this way you wont be killing your arm, its nicer to play a poly wich is a little to soft, than a poly thats way to hard..)

Poly Polar or Pro supex Ace. The thinner gauge you can find.
