In the October 2006 issue of tennis magazine, there is a nice interview with Serena Williams, who also happens to be on the cover. Here is a part I thought you guys would be interested in, that some of you would absolutely love to jump on.

Q: "Why do you play with a game-improvement racquet that's so powerful it invites unforced errors for a player at the pro level?

Serena's A: "That's a really good question. I'm actually in the process of changing, because the head [of my current racket] is too big. I recently hit with my hitting partner's racquet, because the strings were broken in mine, and I probably made zero unforced errors... The racquet I'm using is great...I've done pretty good with it. I just want to try something different."

It just so happens another feature in this issue is about her "Winning Workout Routine". There are 4 pages of what she is doing to get in shape with a bunch of pictures.

You think she is fat? Perhaps what you think is fat, is actually "back", and baby's got some. If you catch my meaning.

well, in all honesty, back is one thing. back all over your body is quite another.

Are you referring to what is on her chest?

She is one BIG girl.

she is certainly dragging some wagon, still gets round the court pretty well though!

Think she can be a major threat again if SHE wants too.

"....zero unforced errors...."

Imagine that. Both her and her sister have been killing themselves with those big frames.

They're big, tall, and (when in shape) fast and strong. They don't need that much power from the racket.

50+ unforced errors in matches is a disgrace and the rackets are a big part of the problem. Maybe they'll actually learn to play tennis and get more than this "hit and hope, smack it and crack it" brand of tennis that's way too popular these days.

You omitted this in the quote: "With this, I could have won more Grand Slams!"

I have also learnt from reliable sources that her new hitting partner is Breakpoint, and she was referring to the PS 85 she borrowed from him. She also uses it in her fitness regimen (which someone mentioned) as a weight.

Ha ha ha ha....:D LOL. That's funny except that I don't even own a PS 6.0 85 (anymore). But I guess I should have sold mine to Serena. ;) LOL
